Hannie Australia is operated by Coolkidz Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 135 530 942). This Shipping Policy applies to all online purchases made via hannie.com.au.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand.

If you are located outside these locations, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly stated on our website.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Australia

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–10 business days

New Zealand

  • All areas: 6–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier service.

5. Delivery Conditions

Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate and that there is safe access for delivery.

If delivery needs to be rebooked due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, additional delivery fees may apply.

A person aged 18 years or over may be required to accept delivery.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please lodge a ticket through our online support portal at https://help.coolkidz.com.au/support/home

We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your regions Consumer Law.

We are responsible for ensuring products arrive in acceptable condition.

7. Risk and Title

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
However, this does not affect your rights under your regions Consumer Law.

8. Delays Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, extreme weather, or peak delivery periods.
