Warranty
At HANNIE, we are committed to providing high-quality products you can trust. In Australia, all warranty claims and support are handled exclusively by Coolkidz Australia, the exclusive authorised distributor of HANNIE products in Australia.
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Warranty Coverage
HANNIE products purchased in Australia are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
The warranty applies where:
- The product has been used under normal conditions.
- The product has only been used for its intended purpose.
- The product has been maintained in accordance with the instructions in the user manual.
- A valid, dated proof of purchase is provided. This applies to original and second-hand owners.
- The product is presented in its original condition.
- Any parts used are genuine HANNIE parts intended for use with the product. Any modifications or deviations require prior written approval.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including changes in colour or surface finish.
- Minor material or colour variations between components.
- Damage caused by environmental factors such as sun exposure, heat, moisture, humidity, or pollution.
- Damage resulting from accidents, impact, tipping, misuse, or overloading (including exceeding stated weight limits).
- Damage incurred during transport, including when the product is transported as luggage.
- Consequential or indirect loss or damage, including injury to persons or damage to other property.
- Use of accessories or components not supplied or approved by HANNIE.
Warranty Period
- The warranty period is 2 years from the original date of purchase.
- The warranty remains valid for second-hand owners, provided the original proof of purchase is supplied.
Warranty Resolution
If a product fault is confirmed as covered under warranty, Coolkidz Australia will offer one of the following remedies, at its discretion:
- Repair – the product will be repaired at no additional cost.
- Replacement – if repair is not possible, a replacement of the same or equivalent model will be provided.
- Refund – if neither repair nor replacement is feasible, a refund of the purchase price will be issued via the original payment method.
- Store credit or discount – in some cases, an alternative resolution may be offered.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please follow the steps below:

Please include:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the fault (where applicable)
- Return the Product
If your claim is approved, you will be provided with return instructions. - Assessment
Once received, the product will be inspected to confirm whether the issue is covered under warranty. An appropriate remedy will then be arranged in line with this policy and Australian Consumer Law.
