Promotional Terms
Hannie Australia promotional offers, discount codes, giveaways and competitions (“Promotions”) are available for a limited time only and may be changed, extended, paused or withdrawn at any time at our discretion. Promotions are valid online via Hannie Australia’s official website only, unless stated otherwise, and are subject to eligibility requirements and stock availability. Promotional codes must be entered at checkout to be applied and cannot be added after an order has been placed. Unless specified, only one code may be used per order, Promotions are not transferable or redeemable for cash, and exclusions may apply to selected products, bundles, collections, new releases, shipping, taxes and gift cards.
If you return an item purchased during a Promotion, any refund will be based on the discounted price paid. Where a Promotion includes a free gift, bonus item or minimum spend requirement, Hannie Australia may adjust the Promotion if returned items reduce the order total below the qualifying threshold, and any included gift may need to be returned to receive a full refund. Hannie Australia reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders where a Promotion has been misused, applied incorrectly, or where fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected, and may correct errors (including pricing or discount mistakes) and cancel affected orders where necessary. By participating in a Promotion, you agree to these Promotional Terms along with Hannie Australia’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Hannie X UPPAbaby Launch Giveaway
This giveaway is run by Hannie Australia in collaboration with UPPAbaby Australia and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. The giveaway opens Friday 21 February at 9:00am AEDT and closes Monday 9 March at 11:59pm AEDT, with entries accepted during this period only. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18+. To enter, participants must tag a parent who needs Hannie in their life in the comments of the giveaway post and follow both @hannie.australia and @uppababy_australia; multiple entries are permitted by tagging additional parents in separate comments. Entrants can gain five (5) bonus entries by signing up to the Hannie Newsletter via the link in Hannie Australia’s bio during the giveaway period (bonus entries will be counted where the sign-up can be reasonably matched to an Instagram entry). There will be one (1) winner who will receive a Hannie Portable High Chair and an UPPAbaby Remi Portacot (total prize value $778 AUD); the prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and contacted by @hannie.australia only via Instagram DM, and must be following both participating accounts and have tagged at least one friend at the time of draw and contact; if the winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, Hannie Australia reserves the right to redraw. Prizes will be delivered to an Australian address only. By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and Hannie Australia’s Privacy Policy, and Hannie Australia reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the process or submits invalid entries.
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. To enter, participants must complete the sign up form, provide their contact details and provide consent during the promotional period. The competition closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 6 December 2026, and entries received after this time will be deemed invalid. One winner will be selected at random and contacted directly by Hannie Australia. The prize is one Hannie High Chair (in the colour of your choice) valued at $249. This is a game of chance. Hannie Australia reserves the right to amend, modify or cancel the promotion at any time, subject to applicable laws. By entering the competition, you consent to receive Hannie’s newsletter and SMS updates.
