What Happens after you place an order?

Order processing
From Monday to Friday, our warehouse team in Melbourne (Braeside) picks, packs and prepares your order for dispatch.

Dispatch
Orders typically leave our facility within 1–2 business days of purchase. During busy periods (sales, promos, holidays), dispatch times might take a little longer. We’ll email you tracking info once your order is dispatched — give it up to 24 hours for the courier’s system to update.

Delivery
Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on where you are in Australia.

Standard Delivery Times

Melbourne: 1–2 business days
Sydney: 1–2 business days
Adelaide: 1–2 business days
Brisbane: 2–3 business days
Perth: 4–7 business days
Hobart: 3–4 business days


Additional Details

Multiple cartons: 
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship in separate boxes. Each will have its own tracking link, and they may arrive on different days.

Not home: 
Couriers will leave a card and attempt a re-delivery, we do not use ATL unless this has been specified by the customer. 

No parcel lockers: 
We don’t deliver to Australia Post parcel lockers.
